Happy Birthday, Janet, and I will remember you on your birthday. I will never forget the happy smiles that you always shared with everyone. You brought a lot of light into this world! P.S. I still have my 4 yearbooks. Best wishes. Mary (Arab) Mangan
Dear Elsie: You were always my friend. I will never forget you. Happy Birthday for a wonderful year ahead. You will always deserve the best! I am still in S.F. & lost my husband on 9/18/21 so it has been difficult but I have 3 grandchildren now! Happiness still abounds.
Happy Birthday, Janet. I always remember your gracious smile. Thank you for your help with the Redwood reunions over the past years. I wish you a most wonderful new birthday year ahead. Life gets so busy and the days pass too quickly, so enjoy the peaceful moments!
My dear brother, Sam, departed suddenly on 9/24/09 of a heart attack near McClellan AFB in Sacramento and he rests peacefully at the Sacramento Valley V.A. Cemetary in Dixon, CA. He left behind 5 adult children and their families, along with his siblings and extended family. He was a Chaplain with the Christian Motorcycle Association #70663 and served with the Patriot Guard Riders whose motto was "Standing for Those Who Stood for Us." Sam shared the vegetables and fruits from his garden with the Senior Gleaners and with many friends. Sam's happiest moments came when he donned his Santa outfit and rode with his decorated sleigh full of toys being pulled by his motorcycle going down the freeways in Sacramento to deliver gifts to needy children for Christmas. Our family misses him but we cherish the memories! From your sister, Mary Mangan, Redwood High class of 1965.
