I was a shy nerd, amazed at all the glorious 60s culture around me in the school, but not participating, partly because I was new to the school in 11th grade, having been in Afghanistan during 9th and 10th. Did okay playing defense on the soccer team. I remember being inspired by a final spiel by Mr. Jacques (sp?) who urged us to go out and change the world. Took me a while to wake up to that, given that my studies in individualistic psychology had blinded me to politics. Will be happy to correspond with anyone who remembers me.
