James(Jim) N. Ladd was a friend of mine, he sat next to me at our "1975" graduation and we associated with the friends from the Christian Fellowship at Redwood, that's where I met him. I didn't know him that well, just that he was a nice person  and he sitting next to me during the graduation ceremony, he also had an older brother. I think Jim was about 17 at the time we graduated and then a few months later after graduation a friend of mine writes me a letter stating that Jim's mother gave Jim and his older brother sleeping pills and told them to lay down, when they were asleep she took a pillow and smothered them, this story was in the I.J. of Marin around Nov.? 1975, My friend had a hard time writing what happened so she copied it from that newspaper, I was sad to read about it, he was the 1st. of my friends to pass away.

He died in 1975.
